Purpose designed hydraulic wrench for driving ground anchors of the 100 kN and 200 kN stand-alone and trailer-based CPT penetrometer rigs into and out of the ground. To be operated by 2 persons. The hydraulic power for the wrench is supplied by the power-pack of the CPT penetrometer rig.
The wrench comes complete with 2 high-pressure hydraulic hoses of 6 meters length and is fitted with easy-to-use push/pull couplings for connection to the hydraulic circuit of the CPT penetrometer rig. The wrench is operated by one of the 2 operators by means of an electrical switch that controls proportionally the hydraulic valve on the power-pack. Provided with a hexagonal socket for gripping the anchors. The wrench is also suitable to make a pre-drill hole of 120 mm using the pre-drill auger and the anchor extension rods.
The hydraulic wrench is dividable in 3 parts for easy transport and handling; both aluminium reaction arms can be removed from the part with hydraulic motor and gearbox.
